Roti

Makes for 2

Ingredients

Whole Wheat Flour - 1cup
Warm Water to mix the flour
Soft Cloth


Take a bowl.. add Wheat Flour, mix with warm water and make small equal sized balls and flatten it up using dry wheat flour..for this measurement it would be around 8 roti

For making the roti.. heat should be moderate place the roti on the thawa.. Flatten it upto 5" diameter using dry wheat flour...dry fry the roti on either sides...approx 1 to 2 mins each side..then take a soft cloth and slightly press on the edges .. as the roti puff up.. transfer it to plate smear some ghee and serve hot...
