Chapathi

Makes for 2

Ingredients

Wheat Flour - 1cup
Oil to fry
Oil - 2Tbs
Salt - 1pinch
Sugar - 1pinch
Warm Water to mix the flour


Take a bowl.. add Wheat Flour+salt+sugar and hot oil 2Tbs and mix with warm water set it aside with a damp cloth on it for about 1/2he.
Make small equal sized balls now flatten this up.. for about 4" diameter spread oil... and fold it into triangle.. now roll this out 6"diameter... and fry this with oil
The secret making roti is .. when you are flatting it.. the presure should be only on the edges.. not in the middle.. and second is the heat.. of the thawa...should be moderate
