Pepper Rice



Makes for 2

Ingredients

Rice - 1cup cooked
Pepper - 1Ts
WhiteOnion - 1
Salt to taste
Ghee - 2Tbs

Heat ghee a pan.. add the white onions sliced.. and fry for approx 5 to 10 mins, then add the rice.. add pepper and salt.. cook undercover for about 4 to 6 mins and serve hot... this would be is very taste for people having cold and recovered from ferver...
