Soya Chunks Masala

Makes for 2

Ingredients

Soya chunks- 2 cup (cooked as per packet instructions)
Oil -3Tbs
Jeera -1/2 Ts
Onions - 1 medium finely chopped
Potato - 1Medium Cubed
Green Chilies - 2cut into half
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic -2 cloves
Red Chili powder - 1/2 Tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2Ts
Dhaniya - 1Tbs
Tomato -2 medium
Water - 1Cup
Rice flour -1 Ts



Soya Chunks means Nuterla

First...Boil the soya chunks and set aside.Green Chilies - 4cut into half+Ginger - 1/2 inch+Garlic 2 cloves- smooth paste-Tomato -2 medium( X mark on the tail of the tomato+boiled and skin peeled) +Red Chili powder - 1Tbs+Garam masala -1/4Tbs+Dhaniya powder -smooth paste)
Heat oil to a good temper add the Whole Garam Masala.. as they crack add onions and fry until they turn transparent ...with this add potato and soya chunks and fry about 4 mins now add the ground paste.. stir frequently for 2 mins and add water if required cup and cook for about 20 to 25 mins on low heat .. and do stir in between .. lastly garnish with coriander and serve with roti...

Is the soya chunk like taste maker? i am a veggie so i dont want the dish to give nonveggie taste and appeal. let me know if u got this from an indian store or somewhere else. i am very much for it as it is a gud source of protein.
