
Makes for 2
Ingredients
Chicken – 2 Fillets(thinly sliced 99% fat free breast)
Salt – ¼ Ts
Olive oil – 1Tbs
Harabhara Masala – 6 Tbs (Recipe available below)
All purpose flour - 4 Tbs
Eggs -2 (beaten)
Breads Crumbs - 6 Tbs
First ..wash the chicken ..take a fork and puncture the on either sides 2 to 3 times....apply 3 Tbs of Harabhara masala on either side sprinkle some salt f required.. … at this stage you can cover store in baking dish cover it with with foil and refrigerate for about 4 to 5 hours....before using bring to normal temp and then dust it in the all purpose flour+dip it in the egg+ and again dust it in the bread crumbs..
Heat up a thawa.. smear some oil..shallow fry the chicken breasts for 15 mins on either sides .. enjoy with some steamed veggies...
Harabhara Masala

Garlic – 8
Ginger – 2 inches cleaned and cut into small pieces
Lemon – Large squeezed
Olive oil – ½ cup
Mint Leaves – Handful
Methi Leaves – Handful
Coriander Leaves – Handful
Grammasala – ½ Tbs Coriander Powder – 1Tbs
Jeera Powder – ½ Tbs
Red Chili Powder – ¼ Tbs
Salt – 1 Tbs
First add green chilies, garlic, ginger, little bit of olive oil and lemon....grind into paste then add all the leaves, lemon, olive oil, the powders, salt and grind into smooth paste..add little water if necessary..transfer into a box and refrigerate.....use it when needed….
