Karela Onion Fry


"A simple yummy fry of karela and onion, spiced up with green chilly and zested with salt and turmeric. Best starter with rice to clean up your tongue.".


INGREDIENTS

Carrot - 1 chopped into bite size pieces
Potato - 1 chopped  into bite size pieces
Capsicum - 1 small chopped into bite size pieces
Beans - 10 string removed chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
Cauliflower - 10 to 15 buds
Onion - 1 large sliced
Frozen Corn & Peas - 3 Tbsp each
Paneer - 25o grms cubed 
Tomato - 1 large chopped
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tsp
Jeera Powder - 1 Tsp
Sabji Masala - 2 Tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Sugar - 1/4 Tsp


Directions

Heat Pan
Pour mustard oil and heat upto smoking point
Add karela and onions
Fry them for 2 mins or till the onions turn translucent
Then add turmeric, salt, sugar and green chilly
Mix well 
Cook on a low flame under cover for 15 mins
Then mix well and serve warm with hot rice
