Description :- Thinly sliced Eggplant fried Rice Flour Batter .. a called Beguni in Bengali
Ingredients :-
Eggplant - 1/2 in large thinly sliced soaked in water
Rice flour - 1/4 Cup
All Purpose flour - 3 Tbs
Besan - 2 Tbs
Red chilly powder - 1/2 Ts
Dhaniya powder - 1/2 Ts
Jeera powder - 1/4 Ts
Salt to taste
Mix all the dry ingredients first.. then pour 1/4 cup or less water, the batter consistency thick.. Dip the eggplant in batter and fry to golden brown.. ..enjoy..
