Kumro Chingri


Ingredients :-

Mustard Oil - 3 Tbs
Panchphoron - 1/4Ts
Whole Red Chillies - 2
Onion - 1/4 cup
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 Tbs
Pumpkin - 3/4 cup chopped in small cubes
Potato - 1 medium chopped into small cubes
Prawn - 3/4 cup (deveined)
Tomato - 1/2 in whole finely chopped
Red Chilly powder - 1/2 Tbs
Dhaniya powder - 1Tbs
Turmeric - 1/4 Tbs
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tbs

Salt to taste

Heat up the Oil to smoking point... add the Panchphoron and whole red chilly as it cracks add the onions and fry for about 2 mins then add the potato... fry for about 2 mins ... add the ginger garlic paste... and all the dry powders.. .. fry add the tomato.. as it turn soft add the pumpkin fry for about 2 mins and then add the prawn fry it for about 1 mins or so then add the salt and lower the heat... and cook undercover for about for about 8 mins on medium flame.. ... garnish with coriander leaves and serve...with rice
