Chicken Chop...


Ingredients :-

Ground Chicken - 2 1/2 cup
Onion - finely chopped half in large
Coriander leaves - 10 stems finely chopped
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup chopped
Green chilly - 1 Finely chopped
Ginger and garlic paste - 2 Tbs
Red Chilly powder - 1/2 Tbs
Dhaniya powder - 1Tbs
Turmeric - 1/4 Tbs
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tbs

Salt to taste
Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
Suji small - 1/4 cup
Egg - 1 beaten
Olive oil - 2 Tbs
Butter - 1/2 Tbs

Take chicken in a large bowl add Onion,Coriander leaves,Mint leaves,Green chilly,Ginger and garlic paste ,Red Chilly powder ,Dhaniya powder ,Turmeric ,Garam Masala ,Salt to taste mix well .. then make 8 ball out of it... spread some oil on your hands take each ball give slight pat and dip in the egg.. then bread crumbs then the suji... and freeze it for later use or refrigerate...
Now to cook these you can deep fry ... or take shallow pan add olive oil and butter together..as the butter melts place the patties in it and fry to golden brown on either side .. now grease a flat tray.. place the patties ... and bake 400drg for about 20 to 25 mins.... and enjoy with Mayo.. or ketchup or mint chantey....
