Parota with Kalonji



Ingredients

Wheat Flour - 1cup
All purpose Flour - 1 cup
Kalonji - 1 Ts
Oil to fry
Oil - 1Tbs
Ghee - 1Tbs
Salt - 1pinch
Sugar - 1pinch
Warm Water to mix the flour

Take a bowl.. add Wheat Flour+All purpose+kalonji+salt+sugar+oil+ghee mix with warm water to a soft dough.. cover with damp cloth for about 1/2 hr. Make small equal sized balls now flatten this up.. for about 4" diameter spread oil... and fold it into triangle.. again flatten this up.. for about 4" diameter spread oil fold this to triangle.. and now roll this out 6"diameter... and fry this with oil... the aroma of kalonji will your home... hmmmmm...



Hey a small tip...if you want to store them up.. flatten.. then cook on either side for about 1 min to 2 mins... cool them up .. store in ziplock bag .. if you want to use in the same week just refrigerate if you want to use after a week then freeze it...
