Misti Dhoi


Ingredients:-

Half Half Fat free - 1 cup
Milk - 3 cup
Sugar - 5 Tbs
Curd - 1 Tbs
Butter - 2Tbs

Heat the 4 cup milk .... turn frequentlty as you see the milk starts to boil.. add butter......cool and refrigerate it. .(I do this because the milk will turn thick soon).. the next day reheat the milk. after it is warm add 2Tbs of sugar... and boil reduce upto 40% ....

In a pan add 3Tbs sugar 2 Tbs of water and heat this until the sugar melts, turns into golden brown colour... stir frequently.. in this process ...
Pour this slowly into the milk slow,boil it for 10 mins more.. and cool it until it is lukewarm... add the curd.. and store it in warm palce for 10 to 12 hr.. and then refrigerator..
If you have earthen pot it can be used.. or a glass bowl can be used ....

The curd which you add to the milk has to be of room temperature...
