
Channa - 1 cup
Oil - 2 Tbs
Jeera -1/4 Ts
Green chilly - 3 cut into half
Ginger - 1 inch grated
Tomato - 1 roughly chopped
Red Chilly powder - 1/2 Tbs
Dhaniya powder - 1Tbs
Tadka Masala- 1/4 Ts
Turmeric - 1/4 Tbs
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tbs
Methi powder - 1 pinch
Jeera powder - 1pinch
Black Salt - 1 pinch
Amachur - 1pinch
Cream cheese - 2 Tbs
Coriander leaves - finely chopped
Soak the channa overnight.. pressure cook with salt turmeric a small piece of ginger.. and set aside...
Now in pan add oil... as it reaches good temper.. add jeera.. as it pops..add the green chilly and ginger and give stir... now lower the heat add the dry powders give a stir immediately add tomato...and 1/4 cup of water ...and cook this masala for about 2 mins.. then add the boiled channa... and the cream cheese .. mix the cream cheese well as it turn into lumps... cook under cover for about 15 mins.. and garnish with coriander...
