Paneer Potato Capsicum Masala

Makes for 2

Ingredients

Paneer -30 (small cubes)
Potato - 1 medium (small cubes)
Capsicum - 1/4 in Large (small cubes)
Oil - 3Tbs
Methi seeds - 6 seeds
Green Chili - 3 slit into half
Ginger - 1 inch grated
Dhaniya powder - 1Tbs
Red Chili powder - 1/2 Ts
Garam masala - 1/2 Ts
Turmeric - 1/4Ts
Salt to taste
Tomato - 1 medium
Water - 1/2 cup
Butter/Ghee - 1Tbs
Coriander to garnish


Cut , grate the veggie and set aside.. heat oil ... to a good temper ... add potato and fry for about 4 mins then set side.. to remaining oil add the paneer and capsicum and fry until u get a golden tinge on the paneer .. now for remaining oil add methi seeds...reduce the flame to medium followed with green chili and ginger... give stir.. add the potato.. stir and fry for 1min.. then add the dry powders .. followed with tomato.. and fry... and stir continuously.. add 2Tbs water if required... for about 2 mins now add capsicum..and paneer and fry.. for 1 to 2 mins lastly add the salt give nice stir and may be you could leave for a min or 2 and then add water .about 3 to 4 Tbs .. reduce the flame to low.. and cook for about 10 to 15 mins ... and garnish with coriander and butter/ghee... and serve hot with roti...
