Makes for 2
Ingredients
Mushroom- 2 cup (washed towel dried cut into two half)
Oil -3Tbs
Cloves, Cinnamon sticks, Cardamom, and Bay Leaf - 1 each (Whole Garam Masala)
Onions - 1 medium finely chopped
Green Chilies - 4cut into half
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic -2 cloves
Tomato -2 medium
Paste 1:-...Green Chilies - 4cut into half+Ginger - 1/2 inch+Garlic 2 cloves- smooth paste-
Paste 2:-Tomato -2 medium( X mark on the tail of the tomato+boiled and skin peeled)+Red Chili powder - 1Tbs+Garam masala -1/4Tbs+Dhaniya powder -smooth paste
Heat oil to a good temper add the Whole Garam Masala.. as they crack add onions and fry until they turn transparent ...with this add mushroom and fry about 4 mins now add the first paste.. fry for about a minute or so and next add the tomato paste...and stir frequently for 2 mins and add water about 6 Tbs and cook for about 15 mins on low heat .. and do stir in between .. lasty garnish with coriander and serve with roti...
