Ingredients
Mutton Liver - 1/2 in whole liver
Ginger paste- 1Tbs
Garlic paste - 1Tbs
White Onion - 1 sliced
Curd -2Tbs
Garam Masala - 1/4 Tbs
Red Chili powder - 1/4Ts
Pepper Powder - 1/2Ts
Salt
Oil - 1Tbs
First cut and wash the mutton liver into bite size cubes.. marinate with ginger -garlic paste, curd, garam masala, red chili powder for about 1 hour.. then take pan heat some oil add onions sliced as they turn transparent approximately 5 to 10 mins, add the marinated liver into this and fry for about 2 to 3 mins and then add salt and pepper and cover and cook for about 20 to 25 mins ...
